Con el fin de actualizar el equipo de incendio que ampara el inmueble de su propiedad, hipotecado por el SENA, atentamente le solicito diligenciar y remitir a bienestar social el formato entregado el pasado 1 de febrero del 2009, antes del 31 del mismo mes.
